CAN I GET A REFUND?
No refunds for any reason. This policy applies to trip and optional tours. If the trip is suspended by Next Level Travel Club a travel credit will be issued. This credit will expire 12 months after being issued.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, travel insurance is required! Travel insurance can be purchased at a vendor of your choice. We recommend that you select a cancel for any reason policy. Next Level Travel Club has partnered with www.travelinsurance.com where you can search for a vendor of your choice.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHARE A ROOM WITH ANOTHER SOLO TRAVELER?
Yes. We can arrange a room match with another solo traveler but this is not guaranteed. Please mark "Roommate Matching" in the additional services portion on your booking page. When booking you must select single occupancy payment plan and it will be switched to double occupancy payment plan when you have successfully been matched with a roommate. Please keep in mind that while we do offer roommate matching if your roommate cancels at any time, it is your responsibility to pay for the single supplement fee if necessary.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT VISA REQUIREMENTS?
Next Level Travel Club does not apply for visas for travelers, but we will provide instructions on how to apply for the visa. For up-to-date travel requirements please go to the official travel website for the country. You can visit www.travel.state.gov for more information.

WHAT IF I WANT TO END MY TRIP EARLY?
You are responsible for any additional costs related to ending your trip early and you will not be reimbursed by Next Level Travel Club for any portion of the trip missed.
CAN I BOOK MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE TO A ROOM?
No. Rooms are either single or double occupancy. The third traveler would have to book a single room or a double room and be matched with another traveler.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR A TOUR?
It is very important to be on time for the tours. If you are late and miss the transfer, you are responsible for paying for transportation to the tour site and will not be reimbursed. If you miss the tour completely due to actions on your part you will not be reimbursed.
DO I HAVE TO DISCLOSE MEDICAL ISSUES?
If you have medical conditions, we ask that you please disclose them to us via email prior to departure so that we will be aware in case anything happens on the trip. If accommodations need to be made it is important that we know prior so that we can inform vendors.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELED?
Next Level Travel Club is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations and will not reimburse for any missed portions of the trip. If you miss any portion of the trip you must make a claim with your travel insurance. However, we are here to help you navigate through any issues.
