Once I have this information, I will work on a detailed proposal with options that match your vision.  We will set up a call to discuss these details in full.  The turnaround time usually takes 7 to 10 business days.  I will provide you with updates along the way.  My research fee is $50, which is non-refundable and can not be applied to trip balance.  Please understand that curated trip packages that include hotel and activities may not include flights unless there are (10) or more travelers departing from the same airport.

By submitting this booking form, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to Next Level Travel Club’s Terms & Conditions. A $75 booking/research fee is required to begin the planning and/or booking process and is separate from the cost of the travel arrangements unless otherwise stated.


Your booking fee includes:

  • Initial consultation and review of your travel preferences, budget, and needs

  • Destination, resort, hotel, cruise, and/or package research based on your request

  • Customized travel recommendations and itinerary options with (2) reasonable rounds to the orginal proposal.

  • Vendor and supplier research and coordination

  • Preparation of your personalized travel quote

  • Booking assistance once your preferred travel option is selected

  • Payment plan setup and payment-deadline coordination, when available

  • Ongoing communication and travel support throughout the planning process

  • Pre-travel guidance, including applicable destination requirements and important travel reminders

  • Access to your Next Level Travel Club Personal Travel Concierge throughout the planning and booking process


Pricing, Availability & Rate Changes

Travel quotes are based on the rates and availability provided by travel suppliers at the time the quote is prepared. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time until the required trip deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed.


The $75 Next Level Travel Club booking fee does not secure or lock in travel rates, accommodations, airfare, or availability. Your booking fee covers professional planning and concierge services only.


If flight assistance is requested, airfare pricing, availability, schedules, baggage fees, seat assignments, and airline terms are subject to change until the flight is ticketed.
